Polymarket is looking for a creative and analytical Market Creator to join our team from anywhere in the world. The ideal candidate will have a knack for identifying trends and generating ideas for new prediction markets that engage and excite our users.
What you'll do
•
Develop new markets. You’ll research and develop ideas for new markets that align with current trends and user interests.
•
Analyze market data. You’ll analyze data from existing markets to understand user behavior and preferences, which will inform future market creations.

Collaborate with product teams. You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams to implement and launch new markets.
•
Engage with the community. You’ll interact with our user community to gather feedback and ideas for new markets.
•
Monitor market performance. You’ll monitor the performance of launched markets and make recommendations for improvements or new opportunities.
What we're looking for
•
3+ years of experience in market analysis or a related field
•
Strong analytical skills and a creative mindset
•
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
•
Ability to work remotely and manage projects independently
•
(Plus) Experience in fintech, blockchain, or prediction markets
