Responsibilities
As the Business Development Manager at Kaia Labs, you will be responsible for managing the various partners in Kaia's ecosystem and supporting the planning and operations for key sectors. In particular, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading members of a community with diverse stakeholders.
The responsibilities of this position include

Operate business development activities to grow the Kaia ecosystem.
•
Create plans for Defi, Dapp, and Eco Infra areas and collaborate with various players in the ecosystem.
•
Operate and support RWA projects at a foundation or foundation affiliate
•
Develop business for Kaia Wave program and support partners in various areas.
•
Discover and promote business initiatives with a short- to mid-term perspective.
•
Promotes cooperation with various members of the KAIA community and acts as a coordinator of key members in governance.
Qualifications
•
3+ years of experience working on blockchain projects
•
2+ years of partnership experience
•
English and Korean fluency required
•
At least 2 years of partnership management experience
•
Strong verbal and written communication skills
•
Experience managing multiple partner accounts
•
Experience managing partnerships with global companies is an asset
