Work Duration

Minimum 6 months (Can be extended upon mutual agreement during employment)
Responsibilities
•
Coordinate and document internal/external meetings during discovery calls
•
Manage the deal-screening process in a structured and efficient manner
•
Support investment associates/partners with investment assessment reports or industry deep-dive research papers
•
Assist in managing overall investment/accelerating program processes and internal team tasks
•
Share and record industry-related issues/information/news in important areas like blockchain, finance, gaming, etc.
•
Plan and prepare various events such as advisor sessions, meetups, etc.
Qualifications
•
Strong interest and crypto-native understanding of current protocols on the blockchain
•
Good understanding of different crypto verticals and quick to adapt to developments
•
Proficient in Business English communication and writing skills for professional interaction with global projects
•
Proactive attitude towards task execution and multitasking abilities
•
Business analysis skills for new market domains.

Tasks (Choose 1, Free Format)
1. Select a sector that Hashed focuses on and map out the ecosystem landscape in detail. Include key players, their respective funding history and team background if possible
2.Choose a crypto project that does not have a live token on the secondary market, and write a detailed investment memo as to why you would invest in it
3.Choose one of Hashed’s portfolio companies and write a detailed exit strategy memo. Indicate what metrics you would observe in arriving at your decision, and what tools/platforms you would use in monitoring them
4.Choose a crypto project that has a live token trading on the secondary market (CEX/DEX) and explain why you would invest in it. Indicate entry and exit prices, investment timeframe and your investment thesis in as much detail as possible
5.Choose one DeFi service you have used and describe it comprehensively. Suggest two or more improvements to advance the protocol (e.g. integration of the native token, UIUX, governance, etc.)
