As an Insight Researcher at Hopae, you will delve deep into market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and product-level analyses to generate comprehensive insights and strategic recommendations.
1.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis, focusing on product-level comparisons and emerging trends.
2.
Develop insightful narratives and reports that translate complex data into actionable recommendations for product and business strategies.
3.
Monitor and analyze policy and regulatory trends, assessing their impact on Hopae's market positioning and product development.
4.
Track and evaluate key players, opinion leaders, and innovations within the digital identity and cybersecurity sectors.
5.
Communicate research findings effectively to internal stakeholders through detailed reports, presentations, and strategic briefings.

[Qualifications]

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Market Research, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Security or a related field.
2.
Proven experience in market research, data analysis, and generating actionable insights.
3.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
4.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives from complex data.
5.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

[Recruitment Process]

Application Review
• Our team will review your application to evaluate your qualifications and experience.

Technical Interview (Remote)
• Qualified candidates will be invited to a remote technical interview to assess their skills and expertise.
• Depending on the outcome, you may be asked to complete a technical assignment.
3.
Culture Fit Interview (In-Person)
• Successful candidates will participate in an in-person interview to evaluate their fit with our company culture.
4.
Offer Letter
• Within 7 days of the Culture Fit Interview, successful candidates will receive an offer letter.
• Upon acceptance of the offer, you will join the team and begin the onboarding process.
5.
Post-Offer Process:
• After accepting the offer, a 3-month review period will commence.
• During onboarding, you may be required to provide necessary documentation and proof of qualifications.
• Reference checks may be conducted after the Culture Fit Interview if needed.
