Product Manager

A Product Manager will primarily work with a Project Lead on the entire lifecycle of venture building from business ideation, market research, prototyping, productizing, and business divestiture as a mini CEO.
What You Will Do:
•
Lead the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver innovative solutions that meet user needs and business objectives
•
Analyze market trends, user feedback, and data to inform product decisions and prioritize feature development
•
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and guide iterative improvements
What We Expect From You:
•
Excellent prioritization skills with the ability to balance multiple products and features in a fast-paced environment
•
Strong communication skills in both Korean and English, with the ability to articulate product vision and translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans
•
Data-driven approach to decision-making, using quantitative and qualitative insights to validate hypotheses and inform product strategy
•
Proven track record of shipping successful products and features that drive user engagement and business growth
•
Ability to lead and influence without direct authority, fostering collaboration across diverse teams
Bonus Points:
•
Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Productboard, Linear)
•
Understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience working closely with design teams
•
Technical background or familiarity with software development processes
•
Experience in Web3, blockchain, or emerging technologies
•
Prior work experience in Southeast Asia and proficiency in Thai, Vietnamese, or Indonesian Bahasa
